The advantages of an anti-slip paper sheet dispenser
- The desired format is produced at the push of a button
- Subsequently, the anti-slip paper is removed individually per sheet by vacuum lifting robots
- the sheets are thus optimally placed & removed = only one sheet is sucked up per lifting operation (prevents double use of raw material) and prevents dropped sheets from leading to a production stop
- grammage can often be reduced (lower anti-slip paper output)
- no need to store different formats of the same grammage
- handling & logistics advantage: up to 80% less storage space and up to 90% reduced warehouse movements compared to sheet goods
